Delete your CastShare account

This page explains how account deletion works in CastShare and what data may be removed when a user confirms deletion in the app.

How to delete the account

Open CastShare and go to Settings, then choose Delete account and confirm the action.

              In-app flow
              Account deletion is handled directly inside the app.
            

Before you confirm

save anything you want to keep before confirming deletion
make sure you are signed in to the correct CastShare account
understand that the action is intended to be permanent

What deletion means

your CastShare account access will be removed
associated profile data and user content will be deleted or de-identified where reasonably possible
some records may be retained if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, security, or dispute resolution

Processing timeline

CastShare attempts to process account deletion as part of the in-app flow after the user confirms the action.

              Important
              Some records may still be retained for a limited period where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, security, or dispute handling.
            

Need help?

if the in-app deletion flow does not work, contact support
include your account email address and username if you write to support
if you used Google sign-in, you still need to delete the CastShare account itself
