Delete your CastShare account

You can permanently delete your account directly from CastShare. Review what happens before confirming the action.

How to delete your account

  1. Open CastShare and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open your profile and go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the information shown and confirm deletion.
Deletion happens in CastShareYou do not need to send your password or payment information to support.

Before you confirm

  • Save any session history, photos or information you want to keep.
  • Confirm that you are signed in to the correct account.
  • Finish or leave active tournaments and sessions where appropriate.

What will be removed

  • Your sign-in access, profile and private account information.
  • Private session routes, notification information and personal preferences.
  • User content that can reasonably be deleted without damaging shared community or tournament records.

Information that may remain

Limited retentionSome records can be retained or de-identified when needed for tournament integrity, shared conversations, legal obligations, payment disputes, fraud prevention, abuse investigations or security.
