2. Share authentic fishing content
- Do not fake catches, measurements, timestamps, locations, tournament evidence or screenshots.
- Use accurate species information when possible and correct genuine mistakes.
- Do not claim another person's catch, media or achievement as your own.
3. Protect fish and waters
- Follow local seasons, size limits, protected-area rules and permit requirements.
- Handle fish responsibly and avoid encouraging unsafe or unlawful practices.
- Comments about water conditions should be current, useful and made in good faith.
4. Keep media appropriate
- No illegal, exploitative, stolen, graphic or non-consensual media.
- Respect copyright, trademarks and the privacy of people shown in photos or videos.
- Sponsored content must be clear, accurate and suitable for the fishing community.
5. Reports and moderation
- Use the in-app Report action for posts, comments, discussions, catches, tournaments, profiles or sponsored content.
- CastShare may remove content, reject advertisements, resolve reports or restrict accounts.
- Serious or repeated violations can result in permanent account removal.
